Himalayan Salt is the Most Beneficial salt used for Spelotherapy. PART ONE
Spelotherapy is a type of inhalation breathing therapy. A Halogenerator grinds the salt to a micro fine substance and a special device aerosolizes the salt into the atmosphere.The key is to attempt and re create the micro climate of European Salt Caves, which was a popular therapy in the 1800's. The micro climate helps to treat a multitude of disorders such as: COPD, Asthma, Allergies, Sinusitis, Colds,Eczema, Bronchitis, Ear infections, Stress and Fatigue.
