HAPPY FALL UPDATE
This fall is full of excitement and many of my clients are feeling the effects of this full moon!
So I get lots of panic texts this time of year when a lot of people are feeling not only the seasonal effect where spirits are more active . Also add in the crazy feeling of the full moon this weekend and Voila! the perfect storm. Yes !! that is why you are feeling off, a little crazy and irritable too due to the light diminishing each day.
Things you can do to diminish this feeling is to go to a tanning bed and replenish your vitamin D and it will help you not feel so irritable. You can use psychic protection against the spiritual activity or do a house cleansing . Psychic protection can be an incantation or prayer, or wearing a dark stone to absorb the negativity such as onyx, obsidian or jet. As for the full moon you can't stop that but you can mitigate its effects through meditation and flushing your system with a juice flush. The juicing flushes excess fluids through your system and it is the water content of your body that is affected by the full moon. So you will want to do some kind of green juice flush that moves the fluids through the body like kale and celery.
If you do decide to go Ghost Hunting this season or even just to a Haunted House attraction, be sure to remain grounded the next day and always do a protective prayer before any activity like these.
Halloween or Samhain can be a very magical time of year, especially with the extra spiritual activity going on! Believe me at my house being a psychic medium makes for a lively house at times. So I have to be at expert at controlling the energy of my space.!!!
