I remember years ago as a child my parents hired a "Well Witcher" to come to our farm and Dowse for Water. My mother and father had purchased a 40 acre farm in Western Kentucky after returning from Midway Island. At first my Father had hired someone to come out from the Geological service to help suggest places to drill for Water. None of the places suggested were any good for a water source. My mother's father had been one of Wheel Ky's most noted Water Diviner in his day. My mother suggested to find a local Water Witch and see if they could be of help. Well after one trip and only one suggested place the local Water Diviner was able to locate a potable source and predict exactly how far they would have to drill for water. Water Dowsing has helped many families for centuries find Water, Minerals and lost items. We also use Dowsing today to answer questions and basic self help.
