5 Steps to Emotional Healing
1.First you must learn to Reject the Emotional Rejection you have received. Emotional rejection stimulates the areas in your brain the same as physical pain, which is why it hurts so much to be rejected. When you train your brain to "Reject" this thought or emotions you can rid the pain that is associated with the memories.
2.Watch this video and try not to focus on the screen but just listen to the music with headphones and allow the pictures to fly by your conscious mind. This is a subliminal video and it works below the conscious mind.
3.Cancel Out the Replay Or Rewind Mode. When we allow old hurtful thoughts to replay over and over in the mind it actually causes the body to increase inflammation in the system. So when these thoughts come to the surface you must consciously "CANCEL" them and replace them with something positive from the here and now. Eventually these thoughts become less and less patterned in the mind. Use this Emotional Freedom Technique. This adds a physical element to ingrain the re patterning in your mind more solidly.

4. Don't Play the "Blame Game" Be clear about what your needs are and do not enter into the past. When you encounter a situation where Blame comes up. Visualize yourself walking through a doorway that leaves the Word Blame behind you and separated by the closed door.
5.Plan for Problems or when things go wrong. When in a calm and relaxed state discuss with your partner key indicators for when things usually go wrong. High stress times are a key example or when money problems become apparent. Together come up with a strategy for dealing with problems as they occur. Lets say one of the strategies would be if someone were angry they would go to the gym and work out. The other person might be supportive by allowing the partner time to decompress negative energy. This allows coping mechanisms to be in place prior to the problems occurring. Hence going down a constructive algorithm rather than yelling and blaming others for the feelings that are being experienced.
