Ingredients:
6 Sliced Zucchinis
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Putting it all together
I use an Excalibur Dehydrator on a setting of 120
Place your sliced Zucchini in rows about 1 inch apart.
Mix the salt and grated cheese together.
Sprinkle a small amount of the cheese mixture on top of each zucchini slice.
Dehydrate overnight, they should be crisp the next morning. Note: the thinner you slice the Zucchinis the faster they get done. Dont make them too thin or they will break when you try to remove them from the tray.
You can make different flavored chips such as the following
Chili and lime Mexican seasoning
Italian seasoning with oregano and basil
Chinese 5 slice
You can dump your powdered seasoning into a zip lock bag and place the zucchini slices in the bag and shake to coat both sides.
Replace your potato chips with these healthy crisps.
They go very well with Japanese Beer like Asahi.
