How Daily Meditation Can Stay Fresh

One of the best things that you can do for yourself on a daily basis is to meditate. However most of my clients will fall off the wagon for the reason of boredom. Boredom can be one of the biggest blocks to having a successful meditation practice. I have dealt with this myself in my own practice and this is how I have derived a way for meditation to stay fresh. I created a board of different focal points of life. I decide each day on a different focus of the meditation. One day I will focus on health and improving my health the next day I will focus on creativity and increasing my creativity or my confidence. There are different focal points that you can use throughout your meditation practice this board is just one sample of how to mix it up and help keep it fresh.
